Examples of projects include:

• Supporting the fundraising process by conducting diligence analyses, engaging investors, and partnering with legal on deal execution
• Partnering with company leadership to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Working with finance and operations teams to conduct analysis
• Creating deliverables for board meetings and investor updates
• Identifying opportunities to add strategic value to Clear Street

Characteristics:

• You have experience leading deal structuring, diligence, and execution processes, including financial modeling and analysis, engaging potential investors, and managing legal documentation
• You have built an excellent track record and growing responsibilities in your 3 to 5 years of experience in a corporate development, venture capital, private equity, management consulting, financial analysis, or investment banking role
• You demonstrate sound business judgment, an exceptional work ethic, and you have a proven ability to influence across the organization
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus
