Snappy is in search of a Finance Ops Associate to join our growing Accounting team. As the Finance Operations Associate you will own our enterprise functions as well as help determine our growing needs!  You’ll report directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager.

You will:

  • Manage the Enterprise Billing-to-Cash process for enterprise accounts that utilize procurement systems
  • Work closely with our dedicated Enterprise Customer Success team to ensure purchase orders are entered in our systems correctly
  • Maintain all procurement systems (Coupa, Ariba, Amazon Payee Central and more)
  • Reconcile purchase orders to invoices  
  • Follow-up on past due invoices, rejected invoices and cancelled invoices with requestors
  • Monthly Enterprise AR reporting and reconciliations
  • Be a helping set of hand on the AR functions for customer outreach, cash application, and internal and external inquiries
  • Assist with building SOP for the functions related to this role 

You are

  • Backed by 3-5 years of relevant experience using procurement systems
  • Knowledgeable about  GAAP
  • An Excel wizard– high level of data will be part of day-to-day functions! 
  • Deeply familiar with the purchase order life cycle
  • Equipped with Stellar analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experienced working in a high-growth or start-up environment
  • Experienced with Netsuite (this is a bonus!)
  • Self-starting, disciplined, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently in a high-volume environment
  • Articulate and efficient when communicating internally and externally
  • Eager to join a growing team
