We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team. This position will report to the Senior Director of Finance and work closely with members of the Senior Leadership team across the organization. A successful candidate will combine excellent analytical skills with an ability to work cross-functionally to help drive operational excellence and achieve Stash’s vision.  

What you'll do: 

  • Lead monthly and quarterly close processes, budget vs actual reviews and KPI / financial reporting analytics
  • Work closely with leaders across the organization to develop budgets and translate key operational metrics into actionable guidance that assists with decision making
  • Proactively identify areas for business improvement and produce persuasive, data-driven arguments to support good decisions
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses and forecasts to help evaluate new opportunities as needed
  • Create and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance organization

What we're looking for: 

  • 2-4 years of finance and / or accounting experience 
  • B.S. in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting standards and financial statements
  • Self-starter that is comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Pride in your attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Top notch excel skills and modeling capabilities
  • Experience with Netsuite
  • Familiarity with SQL and managing large data sets
  • Excellent communication skills
