Job Description
The Physician Billing Department is seeking at Revenue Operations Associate to ensure all professional charges are processed in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with departmental guidelines.
You Will:
- Screen, enter and process professional charges, including surgical procedures and anesthesia received by the Physician Billing Department.
- Ensure the accuracy of all information entered into IDX, Screening Database, Surgical Coding Database and OpTime System.
- Review Patient Keeper assignments to ensure the timely processing of professional charges and appropriately escalate charges requiring follow up.
- Proactively identify and escalate any issues impacting the timely submission of charges.
- Work collaboratively with PBD teams to have charges processed according to departmental guidelines and workflows.
- Assist with special projects as necessary.
- Provide coverage for teammates when needed.

You Have:
- A high school diploma/GED is required
- At least 1 year of relevant experience #LIPOST
