Job Description

  • Do you have Standalone Selling Price implementation and/or testing experience?
  • Do you have experience with multi-element performance obligations and revenue allocations?

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in discussions with Sales, Pricing, and Product Leaders to provide a financial perspective regarding complex contracts; recommend solutions to ensure product offerings, pricing, terms, performance obligations, etc. are structured to the mutual advantage of the Customer and Sprinklr.

  • Perform a detailed review and analysis of Master Agreements and Contracts to ensure documentation requirements are met and revenue is properly recorded.

  • Support global revenue manager with analysis and intelligence on our customer contracts and the associated revenue recognition.

  • Provide guidance to the order entry team to ensure customer contracts are recorded accurately 

  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities ensuring accurate results are delivered timely for reporting in accordance with ASC 606.

  • Work closely with external audit team regarding all quarterly review and annual audit requirements. 

  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of global revenue process controls. Review and maintain documentation for all compliance work completed.

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • 3 to 5 years of revenue compliance and/or revenue recognition experience (ASC 606)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA or MBA Preferred 

  • Experience working in partnership with business groups (e.g., Sales, Product, Legal)

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills, NetSuite accounting system and Salesforce CRM a plus 

  • Strong communication, organization, interpersonal and analytical/problem solving skills

  1. 100% remote but can go in the office as desired.
