Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.
This role tackles the challenge of translating fragmented financial data into actionable business intelligence within the Dish Business unit. You will analyze performance across programming, hardware, and COGS to identify trends that impact departmental profitability and budget alignment. By developing sophisticated reporting summaries, you will empower management with the critical insights needed to navigate complex market demands and optimize operational efficiency.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)

• Refine financial models for NPV and Rate-of-Return to drive higher precision in deal analysis and profitability recommendations
• Deliver integrated reporting for sales and management teams that highlights key performance drivers and subscriber trends
• Optimize departmental P&L reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and accountability across the Commercial sector
• Leverage AI tools like Google Gemini to automate routine data processing and improve the speed of ad hoc financial requests
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through variance analysis of installation and operating expenses to enhance forecasting models

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring)

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and strategic analysis to forecast business impacts and improve Commercial Services performance
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial trends clearly to cross-functional partners and leadership
• Technical expertise in leveraging reporting ecosystems such as Tableau, Salesforce, and Oracle to synthesize data from diverse sources
• Analytical curiosity and a detail-oriented approach to identifying best practices and improving internal business models
• Collaborative mindset capable of resolving problems and maintaining high service levels in demanding, fast-paced environments
• AI Application skills to integrate generative AI tools into financial workflows for increased efficiency and insight generation

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis or a relevant corporate environment.
• Must have experience with:
  
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel) and G-Suite
  • Financial modeling (NPV, Break-Even, ROI)
  • Data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
  • Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $58,656.00/Year - $78,100.00/Year
