Job Description

Responsibilities:

Seeking a results-driven individual to support financial analysis across the finance/FP&A function and grow their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  The Financial Analyst will support Finance Management (Finance Manager, Director of Finance, VP of Finance, CFO) and other business leaders to provide high-impact insights that support strategic decision-making.

  • Build and maintain financial models to support business initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial data and support month-end activities.
  • Create insightful reporting and analytics, KPI’s and measurements.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
  • Support key business leaders with financial reporting and analysis to inform and guide decision-making (Product/Business, Technology, Advisory, etc.).
  • Assist in the automation and streamlining of current processes to grow efficiencies within the team.
  • Facilitating the evolution and maturation of the operating practices of entire CFO organization, including department meeting rituals, goal setting and priority tracking.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 USD (plus 10% bonus)

Qualifications

Desired Skills & Expertise

  • Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-3 years + of experience in a finance role.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • NetSuite/Adaptive planning/OfficeConnect experience a plus.
  • Ability to create fresh perspectives and enjoyable interactions, and a personality that thrives in a less structured and dynamic environment.
  • MBA, CPA, or CFA would be an asset.
  • Key Relationships: CFO, VP of Finance, Director of Finance, Finance Manager, Controller, Business leaders, ELT.
  • Location: East Coast US and Central US time zone applicants preferred.
