Job DescriptionFinancial Analyst will assist all departments within the firm, participating in financial modeling, transaction processing and calculations, ranging across both the real estate and finance industries. Analysts will have direct access to all company executives and will gain direct training in finance and real estate principles. Most time will be spent working with our professionals to assist in day-to-day operations, first learning our programs and services, and then eventually assuming responsibility for individual projects and daily activities. Analyst should be an energetic self-starter interested in high finance and all aspects of commercial real estate finance.
Qualifications
- 2 years' experience in real estate or finance a plus
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
- Effective time management and ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Strong writing skills
