Job Overview
Supports the Assoc Dir FP&A RWCS, EMEA. This role provides financial control of the EMEA RWCS and Overhead offering financials, including cost center management, preparation and/or controlling of forecasts/budgets, setting/reviewing cost and billing rates and serving as a key contact point with the supported service leads and the geographical cluster finance teams.

Essential Functions
- Verify the current cost center set up of the resources (FTE) in scope. Create new cost centers both in SAP and PS where required.
- Move the selected FTEs to the new cost centers in Workday, verify the payroll accounting entries.
- Establish forecast review via Workforce Planning Tool, execute the changes from the regular/monthly FTE – resource review and forecasting changes in Workforce.
- Review the non compensation cash cost postings, preparing accounting journals for the monthly close, including review of accruals and prepaid expenses.
- Review and adjust the cost and billing rates as applicable, ensure appropriate MDM and PSA updates.
- Execute FTE transfers between GBU/RBU or within cluster profit centers.
- Review of the monthly costs by nature/function by sub-offerings of the FTEs in scope and call out major changes, potential issues to follow up.
- Control and/or complete the Plan process for the FTEs/Functions in scope.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial accounting procedures and policies relevant to the scope of this role.

Qualifications
• 3 years’ experience in accounting
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of General Ledger accounting.
• Knowledge of finance modules of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Technical accounting skills.
• Good analytical and numeracy skills.
• Ability to identify financial issues and execute mitigating actions.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
