Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: NYC (4 days in office and 1 day virtual)
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 per year + bonus

About the role:
This is an early-career opportunity designed for recent graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in fintech, finance, and capital markets.
As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with our Capital Markets and Finance & Accounting teams, gaining exposure to how a consumer lending business operates, from financial reporting and forecasting to structured finance and investor reporting.
You will start by supporting key processes and analyses, with the opportunity to take on increasing ownership as you develop in the role.
What you’ll do:
- Support analysis company performance, financial metrics and liquidity.
- Assist in preparing monthly investor and internal presentations consisting of financial and asset performance reporting.
- Help prepare daily and monthly borrowing and reporting deliverables related to the company’s credit facilities.
- Support monthly investor reporting for securitization transactions.
- Retrieve data and conduct data driven analytics utilizing various analytical tools, software and techniques.
- Create and prepare sensitivity analysis for all covenants and triggers.
- Seek automation in processes to assist in building the scalable financial capabilities needed to support the rapid growth of the company.
- Assist in the creation of and refresh of budget forecasts.
- Coordinate loan verification and other third-party processes by corresponding as the liaison between the company, our credit facility provider, and our third-party vendors.
- Support month-end close activities.
What you should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other quantitative related fields
- 0-2 years of experience (internships or relevant coursework)
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
- Clear communication and the ability to present findings
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Strongly Preferred:
- Exposure to SQL and Tableau
