About the Team and Role

This Financial Analyst position is not a traditional finance role — you’ll work at the intersection of finance and data analytics within the Controlling function. You’ll be responsible for financial analysis and control of acquiring banks, Gross Profit formation, and accounts receivable monitoring.

You’ll actively use SQL, Tableau, and Python, automate financial processes, and focus on efficiency and time-saving solutions. The role offers fast growth opportunities and exposure to a truly international environment, working with payment partners and clients worldwide.

  • Revenue reporting and accounts receivable monitoring to keep cash flows transparent and under control

  • Optimization and automation of financial processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability

  • Cross-functional collaboration with product, legal, and accounting teams on financial topics

  • Communication with international partners on operational and analytical finance matters

You’re a great fit if you have
  • 1+ year of experience in financial analysis, audit, or controlling

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

  • Advanced Excel skills — confident with formulas, analysis, and reporting

  • English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

  • Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and results-oriented approach

Nice to have
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python

  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI

  • Financial certifications or progress toward them (ACCA, CFA, CIMA, BIDA)
