The Financial Liaison is responsible for providing customer service, collecting payments, informing clients about their accounts, and advising on debt repayment strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Five Star Customer Service to all internal and external customers 100% of the time.
- Contributes to the overall performance in attaining the four following results: High quality care, provider of choice, employer of choice, financial success.
- Arrange for payment or establish payment arrangements for NAMI and self-pay clients.
- Collect payment/facilitate payments.
- Deliver bills to residents who are still in-house and self-responsible for bills.
- Notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visits to solicit payments.
- Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment
Experience:
- 5 years preferred
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Pay Range
$49,861.50 - $62,341.50 annually
