Position Summary

The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will serve as a key thought partner to senior leadership, reporting directly to the VP of Corporate FP&A. This role is responsible for supporting the corporate budgeting and forecasting process, developing long-term financial models, strengthening financial reporting and analytics, and providing insightful analysis to business partners across the organization.
The Manager will play a leading role in building and improving financial tools, reporting structures, and planning processes that scale with the company’s growth. This role is highly collaborative, requires strong communication skills, and is expected to translate financial results into clear insights for executives and department leaders.

What will your job entail?

  • Job Responsibilities

    • Support and help drive the company’s annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasts, working closely with department leaders and executive stakeholders.

    • Design, build, and maintain scalable financial reporting packages for use across the business. Lead the evolution of FP&A reporting.

    • Develop and maintain financial models, analyses, and tools to evaluate business performance, initiatives, and investment decisions.

    • Partner closely with business leaders to explain financial results and trends, challenge assumptions, and review and assess business cases.

    • Identify opportunities for process improvement in planning, reporting, and analysis to increase efficiency, accuracy, and insight.

    • Provide financial guidance and technical expertise to functional and operational leaders to support budget ownership and informed decision-making.

    • Participate in strategic planning efforts and help measure performance against strategic goals and initiatives.

    • As the function grows, support the development of junior analysts and eventually assume people management responsibilities.

  • Work Experience and Education

    • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

    • 3+ years' experience in financial analysis and business planning.

    • Experience with financial statement analysis, a strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP

    • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with PowerBI or similar tools preferred

The target salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $135,000.00 annually.

The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
