We are searching for a motivated individual with a financial planning/wealth management background with a specific interest in financial planning software. This role helps shared services financial planning personnel and wealth management client servicing teams. In addition, it undertakes support functions to ensure that the operations and financial planning tools (primarily eMoney) are used in an efficient and consistent fashion.

Primary Responsibilities:

As a member of the Operations team your responsibilities would include the following activities:

  • Become a super-user in the financial planning software, eMoney
  • Provide training to new users and users converting from different financial planning tools
  • Support advisor/planning teams by answering questions and troubleshooting issues
  • Stay up to date on the custom eMoney environment and new features
  • Work with custodians and client performance reporting systems representatives to resolve tech issues for users
  • Maintain written procedures on all aspects of this position and work to continuously improve processes and increase efficiency
  • Create training materials and Power Point presentations as needed
  • Help manage cost efficient list of eMoney users, and support with onboarding and offboarding
  • Provide support to the internal financial planning resource in one or more areas of expertise

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 or more years of experience in wealth management/financial planning
  • Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • General financial services industry knowledge
  • Focused on financial planning (FP) and working toward the CFP® designation
  • Advanced level of knowledge in eMoney FP software
  • Familiarity with MoneyGuide Pro FP software
  • Can work effectively in a remote/virtual environment, with a distributed team
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Clear communication abilities

Compensation:

$90,000
