Finished Goods Warehouse Team Lead
Hourly pay starting at 1yr. $29.80/hr. & 3yrs. $32.44/hr.
Key Components of the role:
- Work with and under direct supervision of Team Leader.
- Work in a Cold Environment- 32 degrees - 48 degrees depending on the assignment.
- Must be willing to work with other people in a team concept.
- Perform warehouse-related functions as assigned.
- Perform basic maintenance duties as assigned.
- Learn Standard Cleaning Methods and assist with scheduled plant cleanups.
- Abide by all Plant policies, Safety Regulations , and Industrial Hygiene Regulations as a condition of employment.
- Share ideas and concerns with all members of the team.
- Perform other duties as dictated by the Supervisor or directed by the Team Leader.
- Maintains compliance with Kraft Heinz - Kirksville Safety Policies & Procedures.
- This position also has accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Kirksville, MO, QRMP accountability document.
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience and basic computer skills preferred.
- Positions involve lifting, bending, and stooping.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be willing to work any shift.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work overtime as necessary
