  • Support and help drive the oversight, coordination and management of stressed credit exposures across lending products and supporting and managing working group forums and risk committees.

  • Track progress on team initiatives, drive continuous improvement and efficiency, maintain documentation, drafting policies and procedures, mapping out processes, building decks and reports for senior management and regulators, etc.

  • Partner with stakeholders across multiple legal entities, businesses, financial and non-financial risk organizations, etc. to drive data-driven risk management initiatives.

  • Skill using firm-approved AI tools to enhance analysis and productivity within governance frameworks preferred.

  • Solid understanding and experience working with databases and snowflake is preferred.

  • Experience designing automated reporting pipelines utilizing Python or SQL is preferred.

  • Experience translating regulatory and underwriting standards into data-driven controls is a plus.
