This role supports partnership and marketing initiatives tied to the launch and ongoing management of a luxury credit card product, while also supporting design and activation of Luxury Group experiential efforts. The position is responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of a portfolio of high-impact events, including bespoke cardmember experiences and brand-led activations that drive awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention.

During the assignment, the Senior Manager will manage integrated marketing efforts —including campaign strategy, content development, partnership integration, and digital and social amplification, ensuring each activation delivers against both brand and business objectives. A strong emphasis is placed on creating innovative, experience-led storytelling that reflects the elevated positioning of The Luxury Group portfolio of brands.

This role requires close collaboration across internal stakeholders, including loyalty, partnerships, portfolio marketing, digital and social, and continent teams, as well as agency partners, bank partners and external collaborators. The individual will also partner closely with hotels and on-property teams to deliver locally relevant experiences with global brand consistency. This role will take direction and leadership from the Director of Luxury, Partnerships and Events and the Vice President of Global Cards.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

Education and Experience Required

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience 
  • 5+ years’ experience in hospitality, luxury industry, partnerships, business development or brand marketing demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance 
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling complex brand marketing or partnership programs 
  • Demonstrated project leadership and management skills, including a demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional project teams to deliver concrete actions and results
  • Ability to successfully communicate complex ideas across the organization clearly in written and oral communication
  • Experience with luxury brands 

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 


Luxury Project Management 

  • Lead luxury experiential activations for The Ritz-Carlton, Luxury Group, and strategic partners, delivering high-impact, brand-aligned experiences that elevate storytelling and guest engagement.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for a luxury credit card that support acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand prestige.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of approximately 10 credit card events, from concept through execution, including guest experience design, partner integration, and onsite management.
  • Support cross-channel campaign development, content, and storytelling across digital, social, partnerships, and experiential touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, hotels, and external partners to deliver cohesive marketing programs, support Luxury Group priorities, and provide guidance on credit card-related activations.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and performance tracking to ensure programs are delivered efficiently and achieve defined KPIs.

Event Execution 

  • Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of luxury credit card event activations, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, cardmember strategy, and an elevated guest experience.
  • Design and deliver event environments and guest journeys, including layouts, branding, furniture, décor, AV, and overall experience flow.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics and onsite operations, coordinating with production partners, vendors, presenters, talent, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop presentations, documentation, timelines, budgets, risk plans, and status updates to keep stakeholders aligned and accountable.
  • Measure event performance through KPIs, guest feedback, and business impact, while applying luxury event trends and learnings to continuously evolve activations.

 

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

  • Partner with Credit Card leads to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that elevate key programs and drive acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Collaborate with The Ritz-Carlton Brand team to shape and support annual planning and ensure alignment on high-impact initiatives and storytelling
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Retail, Global Cards, and Portfolio Marketing to deliver cohesive campaigns, Marriott Moments packages, and cardmember communications

Managing Work, Projects, and Policies 

  • Manage assigned projects and workstreams, ensuring deliverables, presentations, reports, and status updates are completed accurately and on time. 
  • Create and deliver presentations, including credit card materials and brand immersion content for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Analyze data, evaluate results, and apply insights to solve problems and inform project decisions. 
  • Merchandise projects work by sharing progress, updates, and results with field, continent, and cross-functional teams. 
  • Support budget tracking for credit card marketing and events while accurately documenting project progress for key stakeholders.
