Intern will assist with content creation and social media for the Fore Play Podcast, supporting video/graphics production and engaging audience.
Barstool Sports is seeking a Fore Play Golf Production Intern to join our growing golf content team for the summer. The ideal candidate will assist in content creation, social media management, and overall brand engagement for the Fore Play Podcast and its platforms. This internship runs from May 26 to August 28 and is based 100% in our New York office.
What You'll Do- Assist in creating and editing golf-related content for social media and digital platforms.
- Support podcast production by researching topics, pulling clips, and assisting with show logistics.
- Assist in video/graphics production and editing, including YouTube golf matches, podcast interviews,promotional clips and event coverage.
- Brainstorm, develop and pitch new content ideas to grow audience engagement.
- Work Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, in-office, with flexibility for weekend coverage if needed.
- A strong passion for golf, sports media, and digital content creation.
- Experience managing a social media account (personal, brand, or team) with consistent posting.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and graphics software (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking skills.
- Understanding of Fore Play’s brand, voice, and audience
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
