About the role

Our customers are often highly technical teams who embed Inkeep Agents into their customer-facing experiences (docs, help center, marketing site, etc.) and internal workflows. To enable this, we provide a full extensible Agent platform which includes extensible UI components, AI and RAG APIs, an Open Source Agent Framework. In this role, you'll be partnering with both their technical and non-technical business teams to help them on that journey.

The role involves being high-touch with customers to help them succeed. If you want to become an expert on how companies embed and deploy reliable AI systems, Inkeep is a great fit.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and support customers through pilots

  • Create templates, quickstarts, and other technical onboarding artifacts

  • Use AI to make your work more efficient and our customers' lives easier

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in solutions/sales engineering, support engineering, or other engineering roles with customer-facing responsibilities

  • Strong experience with TypeScript (Python experience is a plus)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Located in NYC or willing to relocate (this role is in-office 5 days a week)
