Members connect professionally, socially, or romantically with like-minded individuals through an agentic powered app. Leveraging Pearl AI, we create personalised connection opportunities by mapping user profiles to foster valuable bonds. Membership also gives access to our weekly in-person events held in NYC. We aim to provide a space for driven individuals to enrich their personal and professional lives with remarkable connections globally.


 

Founder’s Associate Role Description

The Mission

To act as the Founder's right hand, executing across every vertical—Product, Operations, Marketing, and Fundraising. You are the "connective tissue" of Pearl, responsible for turning the Founder's vision into operational reality.

Core Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Operations & Project Management you will manage the cross-functional checklist between Engineering, Marketing, and Events.
  • Process Design: Build the "Pearl OS." You will set up the tools and workflows (Notion, Slack, CRM) that allow the team to scale from 3 people to 20 without losing speed.
  • Event Support: Work alongside the Head of Events to organise and curate the best community experiences. Act as the lead point of contact during physical events, handling the behind-the-scenes logistics and high-level guest inquiries.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Whether it’s finding a specific AI researcher to speak at a Salon or sourcing a rare venue for a pop-up in London.
  • Executive Ghostwriting: Draft high-level thought leadership pieces, LinkedIn posts, and build the brand’s online presence.
