The Role

As a Founder's Associate at Patlytics, you will work directly with the founding team, playing a pivotal role in strategic decision-making, operations, and growth initiatives. You will gain exposure to multiple aspects of building and scaling a startup, from business development and product strategy to investor relations and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, resourceful, and entrepreneurial individual looking to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will:

• Work closely with the founders to execute high-priority strategic initiatives across different functions of the business.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support key business decisions.

• Assist in fundraising efforts, including investor relations, pitch deck creation, and due diligence preparation.

• Drive operational efficiency by optimizing workflows, processes, and internal systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, go-to-market strategies, and customer success.

• Take ownership of special projects and execute with autonomy.

• Develop deep industry insights into the AI and intellectual property landscape.

You have:

• A strong analytical mindset with 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a high-growth startup.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A high level of ownership, initiative, and a bias for action.

• Experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and business strategy.

• A passion for technology, AI, and startups.

Bonus:

• Prior experience working closely with founders or in an early-stage startup.

• Experience in the intellectual property or AI industry.

• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS business models.
