• Founders' Office team work closely with the founders to drive the most critical initiatives for the company. From growth to operations or AI – you will do whatever it takes to win:

• Be a rainmaker: you will work hand in hand with the founders. Beyond scope of work and priorities, it is in the DNA of ARQ to do whatever it takes to win

• Drive product and growth platforms: you will analyze product metrics and design + ship features to bring new value propositions to our customers, optimize funnels, and improve engagement and virality.

• Drive operations and AI: you will scope new payment rails, develop end to end partnerships, do customer support, analyze and resolve customer issues.

• Growth: you help execute local growth efforts - including community building, affiliate marketing, brand marketing and influencer marketing

• 3-7 years of experience as an entrepreneur in a VC backed company, a top tier management consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey), or in a top tier investment bank (bulge bracket)

• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to bond with critical partners and manage customers needing support

• Excellent organisation, being able to find information about all areas of the company

• Resourceful, with maximum attention to detail and due diligence

• Strong analytical skills and taste for aesthetics

• Ability to work well as part of a team, driven, relentless and a proven closer - you don’t take no for an answer

• Business fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus

• Ideally, you are an expat (or have been an expat) living in New York or willing to relocate (ARQ can sponsor your visa)

• Competitive salary - Between $140,000 - $180,000 base salary depending on seniority
