Job Description:

As the first dedicated Account Executive, you will build Arva’s sales function from the ground up in New York City. Working directly with the CRO and CEO, you will own the full sales cycle for AI agents that automate AML and KYC operations, helping major financial institutions reduce compliance costs by 85%.

What you will do:

  • Partner with Solutions Engineering and Product to translate market feedback into a category-defining AI roadmap.

The ideal candidate:

  • 2-4+ years of consistent B2B SaaS sales over-performance, specifically managing 3-6 month enterprise deal cycles.

  • Significant experience selling into regulated industries such as financial services, fintech, or compliance/risk functions.

  • A resourceful, ""founding-mindset"" closer who thrives on building sales processes from scratch rather than inheriting them.
