About Dusk

Dusk delivers the capabilities of a world-class entertainment director, at a fraction of the cost. Made for modern venue operators to save time, improve operations, and boost revenue. Trusted by 500+ bars, nightclubs, restaurants, and hotels – powering 50K+ concerts annually. We've raised over $5M from strategic investors, including founders and executives from Carta, Vercel, and Yelp as well as Atlantic Records, Red Light Management, and Independent Artists Group (IAG). Our team includes YC-backed founders and individuals from Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, and Apollo.io.

About the Role

Dusk is hiring a Founding Account Executive (SMB) to own revenue growth in our core hospitality segment (bars, nightclubs, restaurants, hotels). This is a high-velocity, full-cycle sales role responsible for owning the end-to-end revenue process from prospecting to close. As one of the first AEs on the team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market motion, influencing product feedback loops, and driving meaningful revenue growth. You’ll work directly with founders and cross-functional teams to bring the infrastructure powering the future of live entertainment to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demo, and close

  • Prospect daily to create pipeline via high-quality outbound (calls, emails, social)

  • Run discovery with venue operators to map pain to ROI (save time, improve operations, boost revenue) and close with urgency

  • Maintain and manage an accurate sales pipeline in our CRM

  • Partner with customer success and onboarding teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term success

  • Capture customer insights to inform product roadmap and marketing messaging

  • Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets

Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of full-cycle sales experience in B2B SaaS (hospitality tech is a plus)

  • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets

  • Strong outbound skills (you can create pipeline, not just work inbound)

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, you're comfortable leading product demos and value-based conversations

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and hungry to win

  • Experience selling to SMB; familiarity with < 30-day transactional sales cycles

  • Passion for live entertainment, hospitality, and empowering small business owners

  • Bonus: familiarity with Salesforce

Perks & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

  • Equity options

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits

  • Early-stage ownership and ability to help shape the go-to-market playbook

  • Work directly with founders in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

  • Access to live events and industry networking opportunities

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $90,000

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 - $200,000

If you're a natural closer with a passion for live entertainment and helping venues thrive, we’d love to hear from you.
