Why you should join us

Solstice is redefining how life sciences organizations commercialize their products. We are building a commercial engine that allows pharmaceutical marketers to take control of their content supply chain. Some reasons for why you should join us are:

  • Rapid growth: Over the past year, we have been working with some of the top life sciences manufacturers as well as marketing agencies and are working with over 50+ pharma brands.

  • Frontiers of technology: We’re building applications and rapidly iterating technical approaches at the frontiers of AI, experimenting with LLMs and new frameworks. We are incorporating new, advanced frameworks to our solution aggressively.

  • Top-tier investors: We’ve raised $3.5mm+ from investors like Twelve Below, Virtue and the founders of Datavant, Commure, and Paradigm to supercharge our growth and build an elite team of engineers and operators.

Building anything great requires commitment and dedication. We’re looking for someone who has the fire to prove others wrong 🚀

About the role

We are in search of a founding client success leader who will own and grow relationships with some of the largest life sciences organizations in the world. You will be the strategic partner and executional driver for Solstice’s enterprise pharmaceutical clients.

This role blends client strategy, commercial marketing expertise, and hands-on execution with product influence. You’ll guide how our customers commercialize their brands while shaping the roadmap for Solstice’s AI content platform.

You will work directly with in-house commercial pharmaceutical teams (brand, digital, omnichannel, regulatory, in-house content studios), as well as their partners (including creative agencies and media AORs) to support their marketing needs end-to-end. Your work will directly inform our product roadmap, ensuring Solstice builds the most advanced enterprise-grade tools for the next generation of commercialization.

Beyond direct client engagement, you will be collaborating closely with co-founders Yiwen and Aris on all facets of Solstice’s growth. If you thrive in fast-growth environments, learn quickly, and love working cross-functionally, this role will give you a level of ownership and impact you simply can’t get anywhere else.

What you’ll be working on
  • Own enterprise client relationships end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial pharma teams, content studios, and their agency partners.

  • Develop a deep understanding of client brand strategies, annual plans, and commercialization goals to proactively support their content and marketing needs.

  • Serve as the key strategic advisor on omnichannel content development, marketing operations, and execution workflows.

  • Partner with in-house pharma teams to streamline their content supply chain, bringing clarity to complex commercial + regulatory processes.

  • Collaborate directly with client agencies (creative AORs, media agencies, content studios) to coordinate content creation and ensure aligned execution.

  • Translate client challenges into actionable product insights, guiding Solstice’s product team on roadmap, tooling, and workflow enhancements.

  • Drive platform adoption and expansion across enterprise accounts, ensuring strong utilization and measurable business impact.

  • Participate in the development of best practices for scaling engagement, onboarding, and long-term client success.

  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, ensuring Solstice continues to build solutions that transform commercial operations for enterprise pharma.

  • Help build the internal infrastructure for a world-class client success function, from processes to playbooks to feedback loops.

Some ideal traits we’re looking for
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. You are comfortable navigating strategic conversations with cross-functional teams.

  • Unreal organizational skills. You can manage complex workflows without dropping a thread.

  • Strong commercial acumen. You have the ability to learn or master the life sciences commercial strategy.

  • Cross-functional fluency. You have the ability to bring together and work with different stakeholders.

  • Independent thinking. You can make your own decisions with limited guidance.

  • Operator mentality. You love building, improving, and streamlining processes in fast-paced environments.

  • High work ethic & drive. You are hungry to build something great and have an unreal work ethic.

  • (Optional) Experience in consulting/banking. You ideally have 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment.

Benefits
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Relocation support

  • Opportunity to work at a high-velocity and high-energy startup

  • Visa sponsorship (O-1) for internationals
