As a founding engineer, you’ll own features end-to-end — from how data flows through our AI pipelines to how it’s presented in the product. You’ll work closely with leadership and our product-focused founding engineer to bring LLM-powered functionality directly into clinician workflows.

You’ll:

• Design and build LLM-integrated features (prompt pipelines, RAG flows, structured outputs) that run in real time inside the product.

• Connect AI outputs to intuitive frontend and middle-layer experiences for clinicians.

• Develop secure, efficient API layers and integrations with Supabase.

• Implement real-time validation and proactive flagging in chart review and documentation tools.

• Work with customer feedback to refine AI accuracy, reliability, and usability.

• Collaborate on product architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and compliance.

• Strong full-stack skills — comfortable in React/Next.js on the frontend and Node.js/Python on the backend.

• Experience integrating LLMs into production (LLM, LangChain, VectorDB, or similar).

• Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architecture, and AI-driven UX.

• Comfort working in BaaS environments (Supabase/Postgres or similar).

• Thrives in 0→1 startup environments, happy to ship fast and iterate.

Bonus points if you:

• Have healthcare or regulated industry experience.

• Worked with real-time, event-driven architectures.

• Enjoy tuning both UX and AI behavior to meet user needs.
