Founding Engineer

We are looking for founding engineer #2 to come join us in-office in NYC.

This is the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join a team of just 4 people that grew to:

• Well over $1M in ARR
• 180+ customers, including public co's
• processes billions of customer events and billions of $ in annualized sales

About Converge

Converge is building data the unified marketing measurement stack for online stores. We make it easy for marketeers to understand where their customers come from, cut unprofitable channels and scale what's working.

We are doing this by vertically integrating the modern data stack. We consolidate customer data collection, identity resolution, transformations, attribution, data forwarding, and analytics into a single platform.

Converge is backed by Y Combinator (S23), Uncorrelated, General Catalyst, and founders of Posthog, Algolia, Shipbob, Showpad, etc.

Requirements

Senior full-stack experience (6+ YOE)

• Productive and fast in React (or similar)
• Comfortable with backend development and databases (Python/Postgres or similar)
• Knowledge of how production software is deployed and scaled

Nice to have

• Previously worked at high-growth software company
• Previously worked with Clickhouse
• Deeper AWS knowledge

Compensation: $160K - $220K + equity (0.4% - 0.8%)
