About Spara
Spara is the GTM AI agent platform, powering instant, human-level conversations across voice, email, and chat to engage, qualify, and convert sales leads into real pipeline and revenue.
We believe every company will soon deliver AI-powered sales interactions with the depth, accuracy, and speed of a top-performing rep, and Spara is building the platform to make that possible.
The market is massive. The problem is obvious. The timing is perfect.
And we’re backed by world-class investors, including Radical Ventures, Inspired Capital, and AI leaders behind PyTorch, Google Cloud TPU, and leadership at Anthropic and OpenAI.
We’re a tight-knit, high-ownership team in NYC building a multi-billion-dollar AI-first company. Our culture values clarity, speed, thoughtfulness, and craftsmanship. We ship fast, but we ship with intent.
The Role
This is not a typical AE role. This is a founding role.
You’ll help continue to build the enterprise motion from the ground up, backed by:
A clear ICP
A proven pitch
A product that wows on first demo
A market where every GTM leader feels the pain we solve
You’ll work directly with the founders and the Head of Sales to define how Spara wins enterprise deals... and set the bar for every AE that follows.
If you want to join at the exact moment GTM fit is clicking, where your deals materially change the company, this is that moment.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle across mid-market and enterprise
Build and close pipeline with precision and creativity
Prospect into CROs, CMOs, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders
Run crisp, executive-level discovery and tell a compelling AI-led conversion story
Lead complex, multi-threaded cycles (security, legal, procurement, finance)
Navigate evaluations and position Spara as the category-defining platform
Build a predictable pipeline through outbound and high-intent in-person events and surfaces
Feed real buyer insights back into GTM, product, and roadmap
Be a culture-setter as the sales team scales
This role is for someone who thrives with ownership and performs best when the stakes are high.
What We’re Looking For (Read Carefully)5–8+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
You’ve personally closed real six-figure+ enterprise deals and can explain exactly how they got done
You’ve carried a $1M+ quota and don’t flinch when the number is real
You can build a pipeline without SDRs or heavy inbound... you know people and how to create urgency
You sell comfortably to CROs, CMOs, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders
You can sell change and category, not just software
You’re high-output, low-ego, and GSD. You want your fingerprints on how this company sells
You enjoy pace, ambiguity, and the upside of early-stage
If you need structure, hand-holding, or a warm inbound queue... this is not the role.
If you want to build something big and own it... let's talk!!!

Why Join Spara
Because this is the fun part.
We’re early enough that every deal changes the company — but far enough along that the product is real, the foundation is solid, and the opportunity is massive.
If you want to build a GTM motion future AEs will learn from…
If you want to work directly with founders who’ve done this before…
If you want to help define the AI-first future of revenue…
