Founding Forward Deployed Engineer
Solstice is redefining how life sciences organizations commercialize their products. We are building the commercial engine that allows pharmaceutical marketers to take control of their content supply chain—automating compliant, reference-backed marketing at scale.
Why join Solstice
Rapid growth
Over the past year, we’ve partnered with top life sciences manufacturers including Pfizer, Sanofi, and AstraZeneca, and now support 50+ pharma brands.
At the frontier of AI
We are iterating at the edge of applied AI—deploying LLM-based agents, retrieval systems, and compliance workflows directly into production.
Backed to win
We’ve raised $25M+ from top-tier investors and recently closed our Series A. We’re building an elite team to define the next generation of pharma commercial infrastructure.
Building something great requires commitment and conviction. We’re looking for someone who wants to be on the front lines—embedding with customers, solving hard problems, and proving what’s possible.
About the role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Solstice, you’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success.
