Neptune helps couples navigate major legal and financial decisions, starting with prenups. We combine AI with top human experts and clear pricing so couples can plan their lives together with confidence.

We have raised $7.5M from Floodgate and The General Partnership. We are hiring our first growth marketer to help more couples discover and trust Neptune.

The role

You will grow Neptune through referrals, community, partnerships, and offline programs.

You will also support our broader marketing work, including social, content, paid creative, and landing pages.

What you’ll own

• Referrals: Build programs that encourage customers to recommend Neptune.

• Community: Create useful ways for couples to connect around money, relationships, and planning a life together.

• Offline growth: Test events, workshops, local partnerships, and community activations.

• Partnerships: Build relationships with creators, experts, communities, and organizations that can introduce Neptune to new customers.

• Support: Support our social and paid marketing efforts with ideas, creatives and insights.

• Measurement: Set clear goals, track results, and use what you learn to improve each program.

We should talk if you’re

• Experienced: You have 5+ years of experience in consumer growth, community, partnerships, brand, content, or related work.

• A builder: You can take a program from an idea to a real launch.

• Good with people: You can build strong relationships with customers, creators, partners, and community leaders.

• Close to the customer: You want to understand how couples think, what they need, and what earns their trust.

• A clear communicator: You can write simply and recognize a strong story.

• Leadership: You are interested in growing into a leadership role in the growth function.

• Comfortable with numbers: You can set goals, evaluate results, and make practical decisions.

• Resourceful: You move quickly and can make progress without a large team or detailed playbook.

• Comfortable with AI: You use AI tools for research, writing, creative work, and analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, consumer health, wellness, lifestyle, marketplaces, or another trust-based consumer category.

• Experience building a referral, community, event, creator, or partnership program.

• Familiarity with organic social, paid social, lifecycle marketing, or landing pages.

What we offer

Location

New York City. We work together in the office five days a week.

Compensation and benefits

• $140,000 to $175,000 base salary

• Founding-level early-stage equity

• 100% employer-paid medical and dental coverage

• $1,000 annual learning budget

• Daily lunch in the office

• Unlimited PTO
