Own Adaption’s growth engine across experimentation, funnel analytics, paid acquisition, SEO, AEO, lifecycle marketing, launches, social channels, sponsorships, and community-driven growth loops. Lead research and product launch adoption, optimize acquisition and activation, build scalable marketing systems, and translate performance data into weekly decisions. The role requires hands-on ownership, strong writing, creative experimentation, and the ability to operate quickly in an AI startup.

The role

Adaption is building intelligence that companies own and that keeps improving every time it runs. Growth is how that idea reaches every builder, researcher and enterprise team who needs it. As our Growth Marketer, you’ll own the engine that turns attention into users: paid, SEO and AEO, lifecycle, launches and the analytics underneath it all.

You have already proven you are creative and think about growth in a very different way. You are data driven, and care about owning things end to end. This is a hands-on, versatile role on a team that is changing who owns frontier AI. The goal is to build repeatable marketing engines that make Adaption the top choice for owning and building intelligence for every enterprise.

What you will do
  • Own the experimentation engine end to end: uncover opportunities in funnel and product data, design experiments and tracking, and run weekly reporting that turns results into decisions.

  • Lead growth for every research and product launch, turning each release into measurable adoption through experiments across website optimization, lifecycle programs and organic social.

  • Run and grow Adaption’s social channels on X and LinkedIn, from launch posts to research highlights and community moments.

  • Partner with the community, events and DevRel teams to build strategy that turns hackathons and Discord activity into repeatable growth loops.

  • Own Adaption’s acquisition channels end-to-end, including paid search, paid social and sponsorships, with clear targets for signups, activation and cost per acquisition.

Qualifications
  • 2 to 5+ years in growth, performance or lifecycle marketing, ideally at an AI, developer tools or technical B2B startup. Length of experience is not as important as having shown you can operationalize in a creative, rapid way a growth strategy.

  • The ideal candidate is equal parts analyst, strategist, and operator. Has a track record of scaling performance marketing across channels and markets, delivering incremental user and revenue growth.

  • Excellent brief-writing and creative feedback skills; you raise content quality without killing authenticity. A strong writer who can move between punchy social posts, conversion copy and clear emails without losing the brand voice.

  • Build repeatable systems from sourcing pipelines, rate benchmarks, brief templates, reporting so the program scales with our team.

  • Ownership Pedigree: You have implemented growth and marketing projects from start to finish and held yourself accountable for the ROI

  • No Prestigious Silos: Jump into whatever moves the needle. You are biased toward shipping and iterating on messaging quickly over lengthy planning cycles.

  • Show an ability and desire to operate in one of the fastest-moving companies in the world.

Above all, we're looking for great teammates who make work feel lighter and aren't afraid to go out on a limb with bold ideas. You don't need to be perfect, but you do need to be adaptable. We encourage you to apply, even if you don't check every box.

About us

Most AI is frozen in place - it doesn't adapt to the world. We think that's backwards. Our mandate is to build efficient intelligence that evolves in real-time. Our vision is AI systems that are flexible, personalized, and accessible to everyone. We believe efficiency is what makes this possible - it's how we expand access and ensure innovation benefits the many, not the few. We believe in talent density: bringing together the best and most driven individuals to push the boundaries of continual adaptation. We're looking for builders and creative thinkers ready to shape the next era of intelligence.

Benefits
  • Flexible work: In-person collaboration in the Bay Area, a distributed global-first team, and team offsites.

  • Adaption Passport: Annual travel stipend to explore a country you've never visited. We're building intelligence that evolves alongside you, so we encourage you to keep expanding your horizons.

  • Lunch Stipend: Weekly meal allowance for take-out or grocery delivery.

  • Well-Being: Comprehensive medical benefits and generous paid time off.
