Who We Are

Over the next few years, every financial institution will have teams of AI analysts working alongside their sharpest minds. At Endex, we're on a mission to bridge the present to the inevitable by building the most sophisticated digital coworker native in Excel. We're a team working on the frontier of agentic development and applied finance, in close collaboration with leading research labs and backed by OpenAI ($14M Raise in Aug. 2025).

With significant demand after our launch, financial firms across the country recognize agentic AI in financial modeling is the future.

About the Role

Location: New York City
Commitment: 5-6 days in-person

As Founding Growth at Endex, you'll build the product-led growth engine that turns early adopters into power users and champions. You will have ownership of activation, retention, and expansion. We need to design frictionless onboarding experiences, run experiments, and establish product usage habits.

In addition, you’ll design, run, and measure creative growth experiments across multiple channels.

What You'll Own

  • Activation & Onboarding: Design and optimize the new user experience from first session to "aha moment." Reduce time-to-value and increase activation rates through product improvements, in-app guidance, and educational content

  • Growth Experimentation: Run rapid A/B tests across the funnel—signup flows, feature adoption, pricing pages, email sequences. Build a culture of experimentation and learning

  • User Analytics: Own our growth metrics and become the expert on user behavior. Identify friction points, drop-off patterns, and expansion opportunities through data analysis

  • Product-Led Acquisition: Build self-service funnels and viral loops. Design referral programs, in-product sharing mechanics, and word-of-mouth growth strategies that leverage our existing user base

  • Retention & Expansion: Drive daily/weekly active usage, build engagement loops, and identify paths from PLG to enterprise

  • Growth Marketing: Create content and campaigns that drive product signups (SEO, product-led content, partnerships, social media)

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Engineering to ship growth features. Translate user insights into product requirements and advocate for growth-focused roadmap priorities

  • Revenue Operations: Build the infrastructure to track, forecast, and optimize our PLG motion

Who You Are

  • Product-Minded: You understand how product decisions drive growth and can identify opportunities to embed growth into the user experience

  • Data-Driven: You live in analytics tools, run experiments, and make decisions based on data. You're comfortable with SQL, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization

  • User-Obsessed: You deeply understand user behavior, motivations, and friction points. You talk to users regularly and translate insights into actionable improvements

  • Creative Problem-Solver: You identify unconventional growth levers and design experiments others wouldn't think of. You're comfortable with ambiguity and 0→1 challenges

  • Execution-Focused: You ship fast, iterate quickly, and don't get paralyzed by imperfect information. Velocity matters in early-stage growth

  • Strong Communicator: You translate complex data into clear insights and can advocate for growth initiatives across the organization

Requirements

  • Experience building PLG motions at early-stage B2B SaaS companies (especially technical or developer tools)

  • Track record of driving measurable improvements in activation, retention, or conversion metrics

  • Hands-on with modern GTM tools (e.g., Clay, Smartlead, HubSpot, or similar automation stacks)

Bonus Points

  • Background in finance or financial services—you understand our users' workflows and pain points

  • SQL proficiency and comfort with data analysis

Benefits

  • Competitive salary + meaningful equity

  • Health & dental insurance

  • Monthly wellness stipend

  • 401(k) matching Salary + Equity
