As a Founding GTM Engineer, you will automate and optimize systems that support Ethon's go-to-market operations, ensuring efficient sales and marketing processes while managing the CRM and data flows.
The summary above was generated by AI

Ethon was built to eliminate the trillion-dollar waste problem in manufacturing. We are the technology leader in Industrial AI, building agentic workflows that help manufacturers optimize cost, quality, and speed of production. We are a fast-growing team driving massive impact in one of the largest and most underserved industries in the world.

We serve the leading manufacturers across the globe. From Siemens and Bosch to Lindt and Roche, our customers trust us to make their factories run better. We are backed by leading investors like Index Ventures, General Catalyst, and Earlybird. Our team draws from Palantir, MBB, Meta, Google, and top manufacturing companies, all here for the same reason: giving manufacturers the technology to run every factory at unprecedented productivity.

What is this job about?

At Ethon, you will help shape the manufacturing landscape by building the operational backbone behind our commercial engine. We are looking for a hands-on RevOps builder who turns sales and marketing strategy into automated, scalable systems, making our GTM stack run as smoothly and automatically as possible.

As our GTM Engineer, you will own the systems, automations, and data flows that power Ethon's commercial team. Your mission is simple: make our go-to-market motion run with as little friction and manual work as possible:

  • You own our CRM: You design the data model, flows, and reporting from the ground up to match how Ethon actually sells, and evolve it as our motion matures

  • You build and automate our outbound and ABM engine: You wire up enrichment, segmentation, AI-driven personalization, and sequencing into campaigns that consistently put the right message in front of the right account

  • You build the automations that remove manual work across the rest of the funnel: lead capture, routing, follow-ups, hygiene. If a process has to be done twice, you automate it.

  • You treat the GTM tech stack as a product: You evaluate, integrate, and retire tools to keep it lean and high-leverage

  • You work closely with GTM leadership in shaping the engine: territory design, lead scoring, ICP segmentation, attribution. You bring data and ideas to the table that influence how we go to market.

  • You move fast and fix things: If something in how we sell is broken, you flag it, propose a fix, and ship it. You act like an owner, not a ticket-taker.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

We believe in curious, proactive people eager to learn and grow, especially in fast-changing startup environments. You should have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a similar role; bonus if it was at a fast-growing startup

  • Hands-on exposure to configuring and administering Salesforce (comfortable in building flows, rules, reports, dashboards, managing permissions)

  • Strong working knowledge of modern GTM tooling (e.g. outbound platforms, enrichment tools, sequencers, scheduling, attribution)

  • Comfort with automation tools and APIs (e.g., Clay, n8n); basic scripting is a plus

  • Analytical mindset: you instinctively reach for the data, design clean reporting, and use metrics to challenge assumptions

  • Builder mentality: you would rather automate something once than do it manually ten times, and you take ownership end-to-end

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and vice versa

  • Fluent in English

Why is Ethon right for you?

We work from our offices in New York and Zurich. You will be here at least three days a week, because the hardest problems get solved in person. Feedback loops are short. People who prove themselves here grow fast and take on real responsibility.

Additionally, we offer:

  • 5 weeks PTO

  • Onboarding in the Swiss Alps

  • Performance-based career and growth paths; Work directly with the founders

  • Hybrid work with significant scope for flexible schedules

  • Competitive compensation including stock options giving you a stake in Ethon's long-term success

  • Flexible parental leave

  • Learning budget for courses, conferences, and coaching

If this sounds like your kind of work, we would like to meet you.

We're committed to building a team that reflects the diverse world we live in. We encourage applications from all backgrounds, and we especially welcome voices traditionally underrepresented in tech.
