About Daptic (formerly DiploAI)
Daptic is building the future of regulatory intelligence, with the mission to empower global manufacturers to navigate complex regulations seamlessly and accelerate the global launch of physical products.
With government regulations and standards becoming increasingly complex, product delays and innovation roadblocks are more common than ever. Daptic automates the identification and analysis of relevant regulations, standards, and product requirements, allowing R&D teams to focus on what they do best: creating groundbreaking products within automotive, aerospace, construction, medicine and healthcare, and beyond.
Currently, with a small focused team, we’re proud to be supporting the development of products used by over 100 million people worldwide.
We’ve secured over $6M in funding from IA Ventures, 8VC, and other institutional investors who believe in our vision to revolutionize product development.
Why this role?
This is a founding GTM engineering role at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution. You will be the person who turns messy go to market ideas into real infrastructure.
As Daptic scales, our biggest constraint is not demand. It is building durable, automated systems that support top of funnel growth, complex enterprise sales cycles, high touch onboarding, and long term expansion without adding operational drag.
You will work closely with Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to design and build the internal systems that power how revenue actually flows through the company. This is a hands on builder role with real ownership. You will write code, design workflows, instrument metrics, and continuously improve how the business runs.
If you enjoy building from zero, thinking in systems, and shipping internal tools that unlock leverage across teams, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
Work side-by-side with Sales and Customer Success to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Build GTM workflows and automations in tools like n8n, Clay, and HubSpot (lead scoring, routing, qualification, alerts).
Create and maintain AI chatbots and agents for tasks like research, enrichment, and meeting prep.
Configure HubSpot and other GTM systems to support Sales and CS processes (deal management, handoffs, alerts).
Connect GTM tools into one cohesive stack - and evolve that stack as we scale.
Build internal UIs and apps for GTM teams.
Improve data quality, process consistency, and system reliability across GTM tools.
Prototype and ship new automation capabilities as DiploAI scales.
What you bring
Love building automations that save teams time and eliminate manual work.
Enjoy mapping messy processes into clean, scalable system logic.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teammates.
Prefer simple, maintainable solutions over complexity.
Work quickly, iterate, and take ownership of systems end-to-end.
Want to empower Sales, CS, and Growth with tools that make them superhuman.
