We aren't looking for a "high-level strategist" to sit in meetings and manage a massive budget. We are looking for a builder who spikes in execution.
Right now, Probook has a zero-person marketing team. We have clear "low-hanging fruit" that needs to be unblocked: we have happy customers whose stories haven't been told, an industry event calendar that needs owning, and a brand that needs to be everywhere our customers are.
This is a founding role for a "safe hands" marketer who thrives on the grind, hates losing, and wants to build the foundational "Social Proof & Presence" engine for a category-defining AI company.
Probook is the AI dispatcher for the home services industry, transforming how plumbing, HVAC, and electrical businesses operate.
Our impact is real. Dispatching the right technician to the right job can mean the difference between a $300 "band-aid" fix and a $20,000 system replacement. By automating proactive communication and around-the-clock workflows, Probook ensures a consistent customer experience without the need for 24/7 manual intervention. We unify these processes into a single, scalable platform, giving businesses one place to run their entire dispatch operation.
1. Build the "Wall of Proof" Your P0 is making sales easy. You will turn our successful customers into an undeniable wall of social proof.
Case Studies: Identify our "North Star" customers and transform their success into 12 "Gold Standard" case studies per year, complete with video testimonials and quantified ROI.
Influencers: Proactively hunt and ink partnerships with industry nodes—the coaches, consultants, and operators who the trades trust most.
Social Authority: Act as the internal engine managing our social agency, ensuring the founder’s voice stays authentic and loud on LinkedIn (5x/week).
2. Own the Room (Field & Events) We market to 3,000 elite accounts, not 300,000. You will own the physical and digital spaces where these operators congregate.
Event Generalship: Flawlessly execute 10+ industry events annually, from booth logistics to localized VIP dinners.
Relationship Grind: You aren't just there for the booth; you are there to secure meetings and facilitate high-level "relationship dinners" for the CEO.
3. Sales Enablement & Conversion Ensure the sales team is never waiting on marketing to close a deal.
The P0 Kit: Build and maintain the "Minimum Viable" toolkit: Master Decks, One-Pagers, and ROI Calculators.
Web Velocity: Oversee the evolution of our website into a proof-first conversion engine, managing external partners to ensure it looks elite and converts visitors to demos.
Who You Are
A Hunter for Proof: You can get a busy, skeptical plumber on the phone and extract the exact ROI data points needed to tell a killer story. You love zero-to-one.
A Logistics Ninja: You thrive on the "grind" of event execution. You ship the booths, book the dinners, and ensure every lead is handed to sales within 24 hours.
A Scrappy Builder: You’re a "safe hands" operator. You can design a one-pager, edit a video clip, or update a website link yourself without needing a project manager.
Sales-Service Minded: You measure your success by pipeline and win rates, not vanity metrics. If sales needs an asset to close a $100k deal, you drop everything to build it.
Culturally Aligned with the Grind: You connect dots quickly, work hard, and treat every marketing dollar like it’s your own
Requirements
3+ years of B2B Brand/Content marketing experience (Series A-D stage preferred).
Proven execution: You have a track record of personally producing case studies, orchestrating events, and managing agencies—not just "delegating."
LinkedIn Fluency: You understand how to build a presence that drives business outcomes.
Technical Scrappiness: High proficiency in the "modern stack" (CRM, basic design tools, CMS) to move fast without a creative team.
NYC Based: Excited to work in-office 5 days/week alongside the founders.
