We’re looking for a hungry, operationally minded People Ops leader in the making — someone who cares deeply about how hiring systems, processes, and candidate experience work together to scale a company. You’ll partner directly with the founders, own recruiting operations end to end, and help design the foundation that supports Probook’s growth from zero to one.

Recruiters and founders never need to step in to fix process gaps or clean up systems.
Candidates always know where they stand. Communication is clear, timely, and human. As interview volume increases, experience quality stays high instead of degrading under load.
Non-negotiables
1–3 years of experience in people operations at a Series A–C startup, Agency recruiting, or Consulting.
Proven ability to manage heavy interview loads and operational complexity
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and biased toward action
You’ll be given real ownership, real trust, and real exposure. You’ll learn what it actually takes to scale a company from zero to one, and you’ll play a critical role in shaping the team that makes it happen.
