Who You Are
We're looking for a founding-level product designer who can operate autonomously, talk directly to customers, and turn real-world problems into clear product experiences. You’re comfortable with owning research, shaping product direction, and iterating quickly on designs. Beyond UI you’ll be a partner to engineering and leadership to help define what we build, not just how it looks.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a product designer working on software products
Experienced in design systems and Figma
Strong end-to-end ownership: research, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
Strong preference for SaaS & VC-backed startup experience
Comfortable acting in a hybrid designer / product-thinking role
Compensation
Compensation will vary based on experience of candidate; approximate range is $150K - $180K
