We're looking for our first in-house recruiter to own how Nova hires. We just closed our Series A and the next 12 months will define who we become. You'll be the person making sure we hire the right people, fast, and that every candidate walks away thinking Nova is the most exciting bet in enterprise AI, whether we hire them or not.
This role spans the full hiring stack: sourcing across world-class engineers, SAP experts, go-to-market, operations, and everything in between. You'll partner with the founding team and external search firms on senior roles, build scalable processes for high-volume technical pipelines, and own candidate experience end to end.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruiting across every function — engineering, SAP expertise, go-to-market, operations — sourcing, screening, scheduling, closing
Build the sourcing engine: identify and reach top talent who isn't on the job market
Run hiring across very different talent pools — top engineers, senior SAP practitioners with deep expertise, enterprise AEs, marketers, and operators
Manage relationships with external search partners on senior and executive roles
Own the candidate experience — every candidate should leave the loop thinking Nova was the most thoughtful, fastest-moving company they've talked to
5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including a stint at an early-stage, high-growth startup
Strong background identifying and closing top talent across both technical and non-technical roles
Experience hiring across different functions and seniority levels, from individual contributors to senior leaders
AI-native: you use Claude, ChatGPT, and modern tooling to automate sourcing, drafting, and pipeline ops. You'd rather build a workflow than do the same thing twice.
You move fast, write well, and have strong taste for talent
