We're scaling our Sales team with a customer-focused Founding Account Executive who will take ownership of their entire sales cycle, help to build our sales motion as we move up market, and distinguish Vanta as best-in-class to prospects in a burgeoning competitive landscape.

Vanta is growing quickly, we're profitable, and we're continually outpacing our growth targets while maintaining very strong NPS scores. Our Sales team is leading the charge in exceeding our revenue goals and growing our market share as the industry leader in compliance and security.

As a Founding Account Executive focused on the Israel Market at Vanta, you’ll drive our growth across Israel and EMEA, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across all business segments (Early stage, Growth and Commercial business segments) . You’ll act as a trusted advisor to CISOs, CTOs, and compliance leaders, helping them navigate security and compliance automation at scale. You will work with our local partners, VCs, incubators and VARs virtually and through events, driving growth within the Israeli market. This is a strategic, high-visibility role and is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to shape how we sell into a rapidly expanding market.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from pipeline generation to negotiation and close with executive-level stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for high-potential industries in Israel

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to tailor messaging, identify trends, and shape our Israel & EMEA strategy.

  • Convert inbound demand into long-term customers while building and expanding outbound motion in the region.

  • Act as a voice of the customer to product and leadership teams to inform roadmap decisions.

What Success Looks Like

  • You consistently exceed quota through a consultative, strategic sales approach.

  • You’re viewed internally as a subject matter expert and externally as a trusted advisor.

  • You’re instrumental in building the foundation for Vanta’s Israel GTM playbook.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with experience selling to Start-Ups, MM and Upmarket Accounts

  • Track record of exceeding targets in high-velocity and consultative sales environments.

  • Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch, especially in new or emerging markets.

  • Experience engaging technical and compliance stakeholders (CISOs, CTOs, Heads of Security).

  • Strong business acumen and a passion for helping customers navigate the security/compliance landscape.

  • Bonus: familiarity with the Israel tech ecosystem and/or experience selling into regulated industries.
