The Role

We’re hiring a Full-Stack/Front-End Engineer to lead the development of our user-facing interfaces. You’ll own the front-end and help shape the way USDH and other products are accessed, used, and monitored. You'll also contribute across the stack when needed, especially around API integrations and secure auth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain our institutional dashboard, contributor analytics, embedded onramp wrappers, and more

  • Own our front-end stack: likely Next.js or Svelte, styled with Tailwind, deployed via modern pipelines

  • Design, implement, and maintain reusable component libraries and state management architecture (Zustand, Redux, Svelte Stores, etc.)

  • Handle authentication flows, including RBAC and secure API access

  • Build responsive, data-heavy applications with great UX and clean, maintainable code

  • Optimize for performance: SSR, SSG, bundle sizing, caching, observability

  • Contribute to backend API integrations and work directly with backend systems when needed

  • Help shape product direction, UX decisions, and internal tooling improvements

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, ideally on a small team

  • Are fluent in TypeScript, and have 4+ years of experience with Next.js or Svelte

  • Have built and maintained data-driven interfaces, internal dashboards, and custom UI systems

  • Have strong fundamentals in HTML/CSS, Tailwind, responsive design, and state management

  • Know your way around Linux/CLI environments and are comfortable debugging live deployments

  • Have experience with authentication, observability, and CI/CD in production environments

  • Bonus: experience with crypto front-ends, dApps, onramps, Viem/Ethers/Wagmi, or smart contract interaction

  • Bonus: have shipped apps in React Native, Electron, Expo, or Tauri

  • Bonus: you’ve built real-time trading dashboards, embedded UIs, or live data visualization tooling
