The Vice President, Strategic Programs will lead CoreWeave's Operations strategy and execution of strategic, cross-functional programs including international expansion and large-scale infrastructure efforts.

Ambrook’s mission is to help family-run American businesses become more profitable and resilient.

From record-breaking droughts to rising input costs and unpredictable markets, operators across American agriculture and industry are navigating increasing pressure — much of it driven by a changing climate and economy. Many of the best long-term investments — like water-efficient irrigation or improved grazing rotations — support both the land and the bottom line. But even when the payoff is clear, these changes often require upfront capital and financial clarity that’s hard to come by.

With fragmented records and outdated tools, business owners can’t easily see what’s working — let alone prove viability to a lender, partner, or the next generation.

Ambrook is rebuilding the financial infrastructure that independent operators rely on.

We replace paperwork and legacy systems with modern tools for accounting, banking, invoicing and spending — built for people who spend more time in the field than in the office. Our platform gives producers the financial clarity they need to make confident investments in their land, their operation, and their future.

Our customers are the backbone of the real economy — stewards of land, labor, and legacy. When they can invest in ways that make their businesses stronger and more durable, they become a force for generational resilience across America.

We’re starting with farmers and ranchers across the country — helping them keep the family business in the family and make decisions that stand the test of time.

We’re a Series A startup backed by top investors (Thrive Capital, Dylan Field, Homebrew, Designer Fund, BoxGroup, and more) and are looking for early team members who are looking to untangle the knotted intersection between American industry, climate, and the economy.

Learn more about our mission and what it’s like to work with us.

The Opportunity

You'll be our first full-time hire focused on recruiting and people. You’ll get to take ownership of how we hire, what our culture feels like, and the processes that'll guide Ambrook as we scale. We have solid foundations in place – a good ATS, strong interview frameworks – but we need someone to make them distinctly ours and scale them thoughtfully.

We've hit product-market fit and are accelerating fast. Your job? Find other people who get excited about untangling the messy intersection of climate, tech, and agriculture. People who want to build something that actually matters.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit exceptional teammates from sourcing to their first day

  • Build talent pipelines that find diverse candidates excited about fintech, resiliency, and American industry

  • Design and run an interview & onboarding process that makes every new hire/candidate feel welcome, supported and set up for success

  • Host events in our New York, Denver, and San Francisco hubs (and beyond) that connect Ambrook with the local community.

  • Build recruiting processes that scale efficiently while maintaining our human touch

  • Introduce new tools and AI capabilities without compromising candidate experience

About You
  • 1+ years recruiting or sourcing experience with demonstrable results

  • Technical recruiting background hiring for various engineering positions

  • Early-stage startup exposure (Seed to Series B) building up new processes and systems

  • Thrives while juggling multiple projects and defining processes where none exist

  • Interested in supporting family businesses and building a more resilient future for American agriculture

Impact in 6 months…
  • Hire 5-10 engineers who'll contribute meaningfully to urgent product priorities

  • Take ownership of our candidate experience and employee onboarding, balancing depth and velocity

  • Shape company culture through events, rituals, and environments as we grow from 30 to 50+ people

  • Build expertise in fintech, climate tech, and industrial sectors like agriculture

  • Lead the opening our San Francisco office and add to the founding team there
