The Team:
The Finance Department is essential to Enfusion's growth and success. With the aim to support all aspects of the business, Finance is filled with numerous, talented individuals across Accounting Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Consolidations, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Procurement, Reporting, and several other functions that provide valuable insight while guiding executives on best practices for their business decisions.
The Role:
The Financial Planning & Analysis Associate will report to the Executive Director of Finance supporting the forecasting, analysis, and managerial reporting functions of Enfusion. This position will also provide cash management support.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the financial health of the firm with sound financial analysis and data integrity
- Build and own financial forecast models for the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
- Maintain financial planning & analysis models and data sources ensuring data quality across all analysis
- Support annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes as well as monthly updates
- Communicate and interact with senior business leaders and present results
- Plan and track all headcount additions and provide ongoing headcount reporting to necessary parties across the firm
- Support any ad hoc modeling and M&A analysis
- Create bank wires as needed
- Maintain internal FP&A software
What You’ll Need:
- An undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
- 2+ years of financial planning & analysis experience
- Ability to communicate with senior business leaders and present results in a concise, understandable format
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Expert Excel skills and strong modeling background
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to take on new challenges, adapt to changes, and add to your financial toolset
- Demonstrated experience with discretion and confidentiality
- Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
The salary for this position is $105,000 - $115,000 + bonus + benefits.
