About The Role
As our Franchise Recruitment Growth Specialist, you will play a central role in strengthening and scaling our Area Director recruiting pipeline. This position blends strategic design, hands-on execution, and continuous optimization of our recruitment funnels, outreach systems, and candidate messaging. Your work will directly influence the volume, quality, and conversion of candidates entering our recruiting ecosystem. You’ll build funnels, refine messaging frameworks, improve automations, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency at every stage of the candidate journey.
This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video. The starting salary is $65,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
The Role in Action
- Proactively connect with prospective candidates through thoughtful, targeted outreach that builds interest and keeps communication timely and engaging.
- Maintain and optimize recruitment pipelines to ensure candidates move smoothly through each stage, with clear follow-ups and an organized, reliable experience.
- Create and refine recruitment messaging across emails, follow-ups, and other touchpoints, delivering clear, on-brand content that resonates with different candidate audiences.
- Review outreach performance and make hands-on improvements to increase response rates and overall engagement.
- Collaborate closely with recruiting and marketing teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless, positive experience from first contact through recruiter follow-up.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who will hit the ground running with:
- Experience working hands-on with CRM, automation, or recruiting platforms such as HubSpot, Zapier, Greenhouse, GHL, or similar tools.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging outreach and recruitment messaging that connects with candidates.
- A data-informed approach, using metrics and insights to spot opportunities and make thoughtful improvements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where testing, learning, and refining ideas are part of the process.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with curiosity and enthusiasm for improving workflows and systems.
Skills and Qualities that Set You Apart
- Experience reaching out to candidates through LinkedIn or other sourcing and outreach tools.
- Familiarity with recruitment or automation platforms such as GoHighLevel, Greenhouse, or similar systems.
- Background in recruitment marketing, talent sourcing, or other growth-focused digital roles.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and turn those insights into practical, meaningful improvements.
- A hands-on, action-oriented mindset with curiosity and a creative approach to solving problems.
