What You'll Be Doing: The Franchisee Partner Manager (FPM) is a quota-carrying, relationship-driven role responsible for driving adoption, revenue growth, and long-term success across assigned franchise partners.

Serving as the primary corporate point of contact for Vagaro contracted Franchises, the FPM blends strategic account management, consultative selling, and operational coaching to help franchise partners grow their business while expanding product adoption and monetization across the franchise networks.
This role directly influences new signups, expansion revenue, and franchisee engagement, with commission and performance tied to clearly defined adoption and revenue targets.

Compensation Details:

  • Base: $60,000 - $70,000 
  • Annual On Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $140,000

Your Impact:

  • Franchisee Partnership & Revenue Ownership
    • Own a quota-carrying book of franchise partners, with compensation tied to performance against adoption and revenue goals
    • Drive new location signups, product adoption, and expansion opportunities within assigned franchise territories
    • Execute structured outreach, enablement, and follow-up strategies to convert franchise interest into measurable results
  • Consultative Coaching & Enablement
    • Act as a trusted advisor to Franchisees, assisting them in setting actionable, measurable business goals tied to growth, retention, and profitability
    • Deliver tailored coaching, training, and enablement to franchise partners and their location teams
    • Translate product value into real-world franchise outcomes through data-backed recommendations
  • Performance & KPI Management
    • Analyze franchise and location-level KPIs, adoption metrics, and usage data to identify opportunities for growth
    • Develop and execute action plans to improve adoption, activation, and ongoing engagement
    • Provide accountability through consistent follow-up and progress tracking
  • Strategic Growth Initiatives
    • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Education, Product, and Ops to support franchise-wide initiatives
    • Support beta programs, pilots, and new product launches within the franchise network
    • Ensure brand consistency and best-practice execution across multi-unit operations
  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with franchise owners and key decision-makers
    • Serve as the primary escalation point for franchise partner needs related to adoption and growth
    • Represent the voice of the franchise partner internally to influence strategy and execution

What You Bring:

  • Must be located in: New Yorkspecifically in the Long Island, Nassau, and Suffolk markets
  • 4+ years of experience in multi-unit franchise operations, franchise sales, partnerships, or account management
  • Experience in a quota-carrying, performance-based role preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex relationships across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting KPIs and performance data
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, growth-oriented environment
