About the role
We're looking for a Fraud Analyst, Gaming to monitor and identify fraudulent activity for our gaming customers.
You’ll analyze end-user behavior patterns, develop automated tooling and strategies for Radar’s gaming customers, and proactively surface fraud-related insights to necessary stakeholders.
Gaming Operations at Radar is unique. As our gaming customers utilize cutting-edge fraud, reporting, and case management tools to identify and stay ahead of bad actors, this role will be critical to ensuring the efficiency, efficacy, and accountability of Radar’s back office for the industry’s largest and most dynamic operators.
You'll report to our Vice President of Gaming Operations. This is an in-office opportunity based out of our HQ in Flatiron, NYC. You'll work from the office Monday-Thursday with the opportunity to work remotely on Fridays.
What you'll do
Establish deep familiarity with Radar’s back office UX and functionality, including fraud reporting, gaming project settings, case management creation and resolution, and data querying
Proactively identify, document, and analyze anomalous or potentially fraudulent end-user behavior in the back office of our gaming customers
Build out reporting, alerting, and metrics for Radar’s gaming customers that surface end-user behavioral insights
Identify new heuristics that shape Radar’s future approach to report and rule creation, fraud identification, and gaming customer education
Who you are
3-5 years of experience working in fraud, risk operations, compliance, payments, or AML at a regulated gaming, fintech, and/or payments company
Deep familiarity with geolocation software and experience utilizing location as part of fraud/risk analysis
Track record of analyzing large datasets of end-user behaviors to identify potentially fraudulent activity
A strong understanding of the regulated North American gaming industry, its fraud-related compliance requirements, and the most prevalent types of gaming fraud
Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and reporting
