- Has 5+ years of project management experience within an agency or brand environment
- Can manage integrated marketing, digital, and social projects from kickoff through delivery, including timelines, budgets, resource planning, and project documentation
- Excels at coordinating cross-functional teams and keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities, deadlines, and next steps
- Is comfortable facilitating meetings, tracking action items, managing approvals, and maintaining project plans and status reports
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can effectively manage multiple workstreams while adapting to shifting priorities
- Brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Is familiar with agile project management methodologies and modern collaboration tools
Ideal Background
- Agency or in-house experience managing integrated marketing, digital, social, or content programs for consumer brands
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting project scoping, budgeting, and resource planning
- Experience with Monday.com (or similar project management platforms) is a plus
