The Role:

We’re looking for a multidisciplinary creative who understands how people experience brands across today’s digital platforms. You know that every platform has its own creative language, and you create digitally native work that’s intentionally designed for those environments—not simply adapted to them. Whether through design, motion, video, photography, typography, or emerging formats, you’re always exploring the best way to bring ideas to life.

You’re a strong designer, highly collaborative, and comfortable moving quickly from concept to execution.

You will:

  • Create digitally native work across social, paid media, email, web, and other digital experiences.

  • Work across design, motion, video, animation, photography, typography, and mixed media to bring campaigns and ideas to life.

  • Partner closely with social, copy, marketing, and production to develop creative that feels right for the platform and audience.

  • Translate creative direction into thoughtful, polished executions across formats and channels.

  • Bring new ideas, references, formats, and creative approaches that help evolve how Minted shows up digitally.

  • Manage multiple projects and iterate quickly in a fast-moving creative environment.

You have:

  • 5+ years of professional design or creative experience, with a focus on digital, social, and brand work.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating multidisciplinary work across design, motion, video, and digital storytelling.

  • Strong design fundamentals across typography, composition, and visual communication.

  • Deep familiarity with today’s digital and social platforms and how people consume content across them.

  • Strong motion and video editing capabilities, with the versatility to work across static and moving formats.

  • A strong point of view on design and culture, with curiosity for new creative formats, tools, and ideas.

  • Ability to work independently, collaborate across disciplines, and move quickly from feedback to execution.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong video editing and motion capabilities, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.

  • Experience with CapCut and other tools for creating digitally native social content.

  • Fluency across current social platforms, formats, and creative best practices.

  • Comfortable exploring new and emerging creative tools and workflows.

  • Experience with Airtable, Box, AIR, or similar workflow and asset management platforms is helpful, but not required.
