Build the Strategy Behind Automotive Sales

We're looking for a Director of Marketing & Digital Operations to lead the marketing and digital sales strategy across two high-volume automotive dealerships representing Ford and Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram.

This is more than a traditional marketing role. You'll own the systems that generate customer opportunities, convert digital leads into showroom visits and sold units, and ensure our marketing investment delivers measurable results. You'll work directly with dealership leadership, manage agency and technology partners, and use data to continuously improve performance.

If you're an automotive marketing and digital operations leader who enjoys turning data into action, building better processes, and driving results across multiple dealerships, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the group-wide marketing strategy, calendar, and budget across both dealerships.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, search, email, video, direct mail, and traditional media.
  • Lead Ford and Stellantis digital programs, co-op advertising, and OEM marketing requirements.
  • Oversee dealership websites, digital retailing tools, online merchandising, local SEO, and reputation management.
  • Own CRM strategy, including lead routing, automation, data quality, reporting, and database marketing.
  • Monitor lead handling, phone performance, traffic capture, and digital conversion across both dealerships.
  • Train and coach Sales Managers on digital performance, lead management, follow-up, and accountability.
  • Manage marketing, digital, advertising, and technology vendors while holding partners accountable for results.
  • Analyze marketing spend, lead sources, conversion, and cost per sale to identify opportunities and improve ROI.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and provide ownership with clear performance insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure marketing, advertising, website, privacy, and consumer communications remain compliant with applicable requirements.
  • Build scalable processes, standards, and audits that improve digital performance across both rooftops.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of automotive retail experience with direct ownership of digital or marketing performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent automotive experience.
  • Experience managing a marketing budget with accountability for measurable ROI.
  • Strong working knowledge of automotive CRM platforms, including configuration, routing, reporting, and data hygiene.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and third-party digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify performance gaps and turn data into action.
  • Working knowledge of automotive advertising and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with dealership leadership and sales teams.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Ability to regularly travel between dealership locations.

What’s In It For You?

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) – Take time to relax, spend with family, or enjoy personal time away
  • Career Growth & Opportunity for Advancement We promote from within and provide clear career paths, mentorship, and opportunities to develop and grow your career.
