Key Responsibilities • • • • • Maintain a warm, engaging, and family-friendly environment for all incoming clients and guests. Manage front-desk scheduling, check-ins, client intake, and phone inquiries seamlessly. Drive sales conversion and client retention through proactive engagement and product expertise. Maintain operational flexibility to support dynamic scheduling needs, including weekends or rotating shifts. Oversee front-office inventory, appointment management, and facility aesthetics. 

Qualifications & Requirements • • • • Athletic Background: Strong personal or competitive background in structured athletics (collegiate / competitive athletic experience strongly preferred). 2+ years of experience in front-desk administration, high-end hospitality, or client relations. Warm, welcoming, and family-oriented interpersonal communication style. High degree of scheduling flexibility to accommodate operational requirements.
