Company 3 is seeking an Evening Front Desk Coordinator for our Manhattan facility. The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for our clients and guests, and is key to representing the culture of our company. Primary responsibilities include warmly welcoming clients and guests, providing facility information, routing calls for both Company 3 and our sister company, Framestore, purchasing, and overall client services. The Front Desk Coordinator should be highly organized, meticulous, be upbeat and personable, able to multi-task, and willing to grow within the role.

The Front Desk Coordinator will greet, welcome, and direct clients appropriately and notify teams when clients and colorists have arrived for sessions. - General purchasing, logging of purchases
- Booking conference rooms for guests and meetings
- Supporting Framestore with checking in visitors and vendors
- Tracking down session information from producers and sending out facility invites
- Assist with production billing
WHAT YOU BRING:
The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, able to work Mon-Fri 1:00-9:00pm and be flexible with notice to shift schedule as needed. They will have prior office experience. They will be proficient with MS Office, Teams, Google Docs. The ideal candidate will also bring the following:
- Available to work weekends, if needed
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, able to easily multi-task and be a self-starter
- Professional appearance and excellent demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
